Firing Components
Power Service Solutions has highly efficient and clean firing technologies for many fuels.
Whether solid, liquid or gaseous, our firing technology is suitable for every application in order to fulfill or comply with the customer and legal requirements.
In addition to the core components (burner, mill, combustion grate and rotary kiln), firing systems also include:
- the fuel preparation and distribution system, and
- the combustion air and flue gas system.
The core components are designed by Power Service Solutions, based on robust research and development, staff experience and knowledge, a large number of references and many years of operating experience.
The systems are equipped with the EMSR components in accordance with:
- the requirements regarding the safety equipment
- the results of the HAZOP and SIL analyses carried out
- the requirements of a control concept optimized in terms of emissions and efficiency.
The control of the system is defined in process descriptions and serves as the basis for programming the existing or new control systems.
Once the concept and the required equipment have been defined, the general arrangement planning takes place. This often challenging activity, particularly when implementing the new equipment into an existing plant, is optimized by our experienced layout and equipment engineers using laser scan models and the latest CAD software.
Delivery, installation and commissioning of new equipment are supervised by our experienced engineers from the relevant discipline departments.
