Quality Management/HSE
It is a policy of Power Systems Solutions GmbH to provide customers with a high quality service and to meet contractual specifications and requirements as well as the local laws. We will ensure that each project is executed in a manner which sets and maintains a standard of quality, health, safety and environmental practice consistent with the requirements and expectations of our customers.

Our Quality Management System (QMS) compliments our Environment Management System (EMS) together with the Energy Management System (EnMS) and our Occupational Safety Management System (SMS) in achieving our Integrated Management System (IMS) policy statement by continually improving our systems and ensuring we adopt the best possible working practices in our operations.
Power Service Solutions considers all interested parties with the management systems involved in the company, the products and in the business processes, e.g suppliers, service providers, authorities, owners etc.
An essential component of our company philosophy is the assurance of national and international quality criteria in our products and the satisfaction of all required standards and regulations. To this end, Power Service Solutions is subject to robust and systematic Quality Management according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and SCC-VAZ.
In order to meet our quality standards, we employ experienced and well-trained personnel to test components and ensure the quality of our products. They are responsible for quality assurance during prefabrication checks in production workshops and on our construction sites.
Regular audits demonstrate the successful implementation of our Quality Management System, supported by our approvals and professional expertise.
Health – Safety – Environment
The prevention of health hazards, accidents and environmental damage are the fundamental aspects of health, safety and environmental protection at Power Service Solutions. This includes the identification and assessment of hazards in all work areas, the planning and design of safe work systems, the experience of employees and, as a result, the continuous improvement of all processes from an HSE perspective. Every employee has the right to a safe workplace and suitable work equipment in order to carry out their work without harming their health, risking their life or damaging the environment. In addition to the legal requirements, our risk assessments, HSE plan and HSE standards define the guidelines that are implemented and practiced within the company.

Certifications
Our QHSE management system is certified in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and SCCP-VAZ.
Power Service Solutions is also certified for the manufacture of welded products in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) (EN ISO 3834; AD2000 HP0 etc.) and for steel components in accordance with EN 1090.
We are certified as a specialist company in accordance with the Water Resources Act and keep all the necessary certificates up to date.
We carry out regular internal audits to monitor compliance with the relevant laws, standards and our internal standards and derive measures from this to enable continuous improvement of our QHSE performance.
We use defined KPIs to check how our QHSE system is developing and where corrective action is required.
